Dave has dedicated more than 30 years to IT consulting and engineering, primarily within the public sector. As the founder and CEO of PICTUS, he provides strategic leadership, guiding the team toward growth and success.

Doug Klem

Product Owner

A chartered accountant by training, Doug migrated to IT project management many years ago. He possesses deep expertise in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and product stewardship. Since PICTUS’s inception, he has led the development team in creating tools that enhance customer efficiency and compliance.

Beth Rogers

With over 20 years of experience in technology, business, and sustainability, Beth brings a customer-centric approach to every initiative. As President of PICTUS, she leads with a focus on aligning software solutions with the evolving needs of recycling programs.
