PICTUS Release 6.0: A Faster, More Personal Way to Work in the Platform

We’re always looking for ways to make day-to-day work in PICTUS faster and more intuitive, and Release 6.0 is our biggest step yet. It replaces the platform’s top-bar layout with a left-hand navigation and dashboards tailored to how each type of user actually works.

A dashboard built for agencies

Agency users get a customizable home dashboard: claims in progress, open warnings, communications sent, active participants, all visible at a glance, with quick-action shortcuts to the tasks agencies run most often: creating a claim, reviewing outbound communications, finding a business, managing participant tags.

Dashboards built for business users

Business-side users — the remitters and filers — get their own view: filings that need attention, open invoices, claims ready for approval, organized into grab-and-go lanes so nothing falls through the cracks at filing deadlines.

Find things faster

Recently visited items now pin to the left sidebar automatically, so jumping back into a claim or report you were just working on doesn’t mean re-navigating the whole menu.

Where things stand
